1) When your grandmother, who is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s, asks “Where are we going?“…”crazy” is never ever ever the right answer.
2) When the same grandmother says, “Look at all this water” as we’re about to cross the Edison Bridge…the proper response is not, “Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s why they put a bridge here.”
Why do they even let me leave the house?
